• Eligibility: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacements.
  • Validity for Replacement: Reach out to our support team with details and photographic evidence to initiate a replacement. Replacement will be valid only once a clear image is shared with our support team (support.india@frokme.com).

  • Verification & Processing:
    • Upon verification, our support team will revert in 10-15 days to validate the concern/issue raised.

    • Once verified and validated a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost, and shipping details will be provided.

    • Notwithstanding the above, a replacement shall be delivered after the collection of the defective product.
